New Roof
We first made contact with Pete’s son Marc who called us with the concerns of having poor quality of roof felt from the inside of the loft so after meeting them both at the property to inspect and provide a quotation we also discussed option with shaving the costs by re-using the original tiles which save quote a lot if their still in pretty good condition, but Pete’s concerns was ventilation and so with that we installed a dryVerge system and also a dryRidge system which from the ground looks fantastic and also beneficial in the long run less maintenance and better airflow within the loft once the roof was fitted and done they noticed the difference by the first night with the house feeling a lot warmer that’s also the benefits of breathable roofing membrane, if you would like to know more please get in touch and we would be happy to help you.
